| SECRETARY GENERAL OF THE SOVIET COMMUNIST PARTY Brezhnev ruled the Soviet Union starting in 1964. He sat in a god's throne from which he had the power, through the nuclear button, to wipe out all humanity. He was lucky, as he left power neither through assassination nor dismissal, but from a natural death. | |
