| NUCLEAR DISARMAMENT Nuclear weapons proliferated to the point where they could wipe oout the human race many times over. U.S. and Soviet negotiators reached an agreement to at least put a limit to this growth. It is unfortunate that they agreed on a freeze but no reduction. | |
